I am standing in the cell I am given, in the dark, with my back towards the opening, holding a stone, counting my breath. When I reach 132 breaths I throw the stone into the wall with all my strength. The echo is overwelming, I choose a new stone and start fokusing on my breath, counting it. 

 

 

After 1,5 hour I put up the sign and let the audience participate.
